Vegas Night Volunteers Welcome to Camp Anokijig and The Racine Founder's Rotary Club's annual Vegas Night Fundraiser Camp Anokijig and the Racine community have a rich history together dating back almost 100 years. The Racine YMCA and the Racine Optimist club joined forces in the early 1920's to work towards a common mission: Provide youth with an outdoor setting to grow and learn about themselves far away from the noise and rabblerousing of the city. Fast forward to 2024, Camp Anokijig continues to carry on that mission, and we're happy to keep ties with our roots in Racine.
